Another Win for Pogo Digital Healthcare

The awards night recognised the achievements of individuals and teams working in the Scottish health, social care and housing sectors, and the digital innovation that they bring to the table. We were nominated for two awards; the Technology Enabled Independent Living Award, and the Digital Health and Care Team Award. We were honoured to be nominated alongside our partners at NHS Lothian and Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland.

It has been brilliant to see our app MyTailoredTalks for Long COVID being recognised in this way, and it is our hope that this will bring awareness to the condition and the challenges of living with it. Our solution brings the public, private and third sectors together in an integrated pathway for the first time and enables people living with Long COVID to receive support, advice and tailored information. The app also contains a link to the Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland Advice Line, allowing users to receive a call-back from a professional, who can offer them support and guidance to aid their recovery.

The awards night, which took place in the Kimpton Hotel in Edinburgh, was a fantastic opportunity to hear about the innovative and creative projects that are at the forefront of Scottish digital healthcare. It was brilliant to be able to meet up with some of the team members from our partner organisations for the first time, and enjoy an evening of good food and good company.
