We are delighted and proud to have been shortlisted for three awards in the last month, all of which recognise our Long COVID digital support pathway.
The digital support pathway was created in collaboration with our partners at Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland and NHS Lothian, and is designed to provide support, information and advice to people living with Long COVID.
Last week we attended the Self-Management Awards Evening, having been shortlisted for the Digital Innovator Self-Management Award. While we did not win this time, it was great to be recognised in this way for empowering patients to manage their Long COVID symptoms using our digital platform Tailored Talks.
We have also been shortlisted for the Best Use of Digital in Primary Care at the Health tech News Awards. Our digital support pathway integrates with primary care to provide end-to-end support for people living with Long COVID. Following a successful pilot, we have been able to show that patients felt less concerned about breathlessness and depression after being onboarded to the pathway.
Finally, we have been shortlisted for the Digital Solution Provider of the Year at the GP Awards. Our digital support pathway offers GPs an easy and fast route of referral, providing an alternative avenue to support patients. It therefore has the potential to reduce pressure on GPs and reduce repeat appointments.
